TinyOwl is a Mumbai-based company founded in 2014 by IIT Bombay Alumni. We are a team of designers, developers and strategists backed by some of the biggest VCs in the world. We're a dynamic team with many opportunities to learn and grow.  Roles & Requirements:  - Drive projects incorporating major initiatives, including strategizing and executing overall operational processes and increasing the efficiency of the same  - Managing and setting up teams for new programs.  - Manage all the involved stakeholders.  - Support cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution.  - Map and document processes.  - Create business case and independently own new changes.  - Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for data analyses, model development, model validation and model implementation.  - Analyse data, discover and solve problems, and partner with other teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.  Skills & Experience :  - Graduate from a reputed university/college (IIT, NIT, BITS etc.)  - Relevant experience of 1 to 3 years  - Excellent communication skills that clearly express ideas and your thoughts  - A great personality and knack to represent the company in the most sophisticated and/or informal manner as per requirement  - The creative aptitude to accomplish any task at hand  - Characteristics including being responsible, efficient in planning, implementing & delivering   - Strong analytical skills to inspect the ongoing trends and capability to keep pace with them through innovative processes  - Familiarity with Logistics concepts - forecasting, planning, and optimization - gained through work experience.  - Ability to work effectively in a team environment  - Ability to work independently with minimum supervision  NOTE : Pedigree Degree is a must.  Neha Sawant TinyOwl Technology Private Limited
