Manager - Business Planning Analysis  Job role :   - Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, customers, vendors, Cash Flow and capital expenditures  - Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance. Detailed Variance Analysis.  - City P&L, analysis of the same and discussion for the same with responsible persons.  - Capability to work with functional heads to take the logical inputs from them on various parameters to build the short term and long term plans.  - Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modelling tools  - Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis for the management and investors.   - Quarterly and Monthly Financial report. Implement and work on Dashboard reports  - Analyse financial information and reporting.   - Working with Business intelligence and business development team for insights.   - Working with City Operation Heads and Business Analyst's on various KPI's.  - Capability to exploit the various data warehouses and increase the efficiency of the organisation.  Soft and Technical Skills :  - Great analytical skills  - Good communications and interpersonal skills  - Knowledge of tally / MS office / MS Word.  - Detail and number oriented   Desired Qualification : Chartered Accountant with 2 - 5 years of post qualification experience   Location : Powai
