This includes a comprehensive overhaul of existing IT systems and business processes and the development and implementation of progressive processes and policies.  - We are seeking strategic expertise to enhance the capability of the existing HR team to support existing initiatives and to help shape and deliver an ongoing programme of improvement.   Key Responsibility Areas :  The incumbent will be responsible for designing and implementation of processes, frameworks and tools to build an effective organization, managing the organizational pyramid through design of the right organization structures and analyzing findings recommending organizational improvement areas. He/she will also provide consulting services to enable employee effectiveness.  - The role will also encompass management of HR Analytics and Data Reporting capabilities through utilization of technology & analytical tools to develop and analyze organization wide people & other cross functional data, as needed.  - Design Effective Organization structures for all Functions at BCCL focusing on optimal Spans, Organizational Layers & Manpower Numbers  - Carry out organization assessments, make recommendations for change, help design new structures and jobs, and work to redesign management processes to meet quality standards. Help establish organization-wide processes that create organizational effectiveness including but not limited to identification of Unique Roles & Job Roles, Job Evaluation of identified Job Roles, Job Role to Employee mapping etc  - Act as an internal consultant for the organization to analyze Manpower Productivity through right indices and data points and highlight areas of improvement in terms of manpower utilization. Design tools, processes & frameworks which would effectively determine an optimal manning for every Function  - Serve as the domain expert for human capital analytics in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced & predictive analytics. Provide valuable inputs to Human Resource function & Top Management upon analyzing People Metrics and other relevant data in details  - Support the Human Resource leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs  - Communicate findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting artifacts on periodic/quarterly/annual basis  - Create, maintain and ensure quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics  - Collaborate with subject matter experts across the HR service areas (learning and development, rewards, talent management, diversity, compliance etc.) to promote data governance and stewardship, and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insights  - Work as the key representative to the external benchmarks and key surveys supporting the HR function  Education Qualification :  MBA in HR from a reputed institute  Core Competencies Required :  - Analytical Skills  - Problem Solving Skills  - In Depth understanding of MS Office & Data Management Systems  - Organizing skills  - Good Presentation Skills
