Conduct research to analyse user needs and translate them into product requirements  b.	Analyse competitor and market data from several sources   c.	Analyse the web analytic data from several sources and generate insights to improve the product  d.	Track and present Social media analytic/ insights for the product and competition.   2.	Conceptualize and build a complete road map for product development   a.	Write clear, detailed, and thorough specifications for complex services, features or products  b.	Initiate and prioritize projects with the help of engineering, design and other teams.  c.	Track product development with all teams and keep it on track as per the plan  3.	Collaborate with each department that contributes in product development  a.	Engage closely with the Engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods and reasonable execution schedules  b.	Collaborate with design team for creative in design solutions and recognizes/implement best design practices   c.	Articulate key product messaging to Marketing, SEO/SEM etc. to support product launch  Knowledge and Skills required :  1.	Business Acumen   2.	Technology Know-How   3.	Analytical Skills   4.	Good sense of UI/UX   5.	Communication and interpersonal skills   Qualification and Experience   -	Minimum Qualification - B.Tech/B.E. or any other technical degree in Computer Science from Tier-1/Tier-2 institute  -	Preferred Qualification – MBA from Tier-1/Tier-2 institute  -	3+ years of experience product management or business analysis in internet products company
