Purpose :  - Brand Management, Communication Development, Media Planning & Buying, PR and developing and executing effective marketing programs for achieving brand and business objectives  Work closely with the Senior management for building and strengthening all the brands that the organization endows across the market..  Primary responsibilities are :   - Design & Implement ATL (TV, Radio) and BTL (point of sale, trade channels, ambient media) and digital media campaigns as per business needs  - Work across all functions to ensure effective customer communication  - Liason with and manage the Creative, Media, and PR Agencies  - Manage the Media planning and buying activities  - Track brand health parameters and monitor changes around awareness, consideration, preference and brand imagery.  - Commission Market Research from time to time as required.  - Establish and manage brand collaborations and partnerships.  - Build and maintain strong working relationships with other departments including Products, Technology, Sales and Operations.  Expectations :   Essential Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) :   Industry : Internet / Ecommerce  Functional Area : Marketing, Advertising, MR, PR, Media Planning  Years of Experience : 7 - 8, relevant of at least 5   Background (essential and desired) :   Must have a keen sense of design and aesthetics to roll out high quality creatives  Industry: internet/ software/ software as a service  Education (essential and desired) :   Preference will be given to candidates from successful digital agencies or ecommerce companies.  Education :   UG : B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization  PG : MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
