This is a mission critical role and will work directly with HR Head of Times Internet Ltd.   Scope of work revolves around conceptualization and articulation of people strategies along with other stakeholders (HRBP, TA, & COEs) within the HR function.   The incumbent will also need to project manage key initiatives & ongoing projects. This is an individual contributor role.   Responsibilities:  - Work closely with HR Head and other stakeholders on HR Projects and people strategy.   - Develop and execute collaborated approach with COEs and HRBPs to implement HR initiatives  - Project manage the implementation and review of various HR initiatives  - Assist HR Head in creating management MIS, reports and PowerPoint presentations  Desired Candidate Profile:   - MBA HR from premier college.  - Existing/Past experience in managing HR strategy ideation and implementation  - Strong exposure on MS Office esp. MS Excel and MS PowerPoint  - Excellent communication skills
