Role :  - Heading Sales for OTT Business including   Key Agency Accounts  Spot / Inventory Sales  Sponsorships  - Build sales and ad monetisation strategy for the business  - Build business plan and forecasts for revenue  - Build Sales team to execute above strategy   - Work with AdOps team to ensure smooth delivery  - Work with programmatic / network driven sales (Google, AdMod, FAN etc.)  Key Skills :  - Key relationships with large advertisers, agencies  - Understanding of Digital platform and the various new types of monetisation/innovation possible  - Understanding of entertainment content and how to pitch/package to agencies/advertisers for sponsorship and sales   - Revenue planning and forecasting  - Managing team
