Position Summary :   The role reports into the Head- Sales Operations & Revenue Strategy with the primary responsibility to understand the various data sources and their relevance and to deliver reports as per the needs of the stakeholders and follows all guidelines for data sanctity and security.  Role Complexity :  The team member would be required to manage the following:  - Prioritize work according to the needs and satisfaction of the client and ensure that the work is delivered within the SLA.  - Provide timely response to requests while independently delivering outstanding work product, Meets TAT defined as per SOP and also maintain the accuracy of work assigned  - Data consolidation, mining, crunching, reporting, analysis using statistical techniques and procedures   - Data Reporting - Interpret data, combine multiple data sheets, design reports, graphs, and presentations   - Utilize tools like Excel, Access to process raw data into meaningful information.  - Present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner   - Assess and analyze information to draw be-spoke insights for the internal and external clients.  - Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports periodically as per agreed timelines  - Work reasonably independently, with appropriate supervision and guidance from Immediate Manager.  Candidate Profile :  - The candidate must have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role  - Possess good knowledge about Big 4s and its market place. The candidate should have worked projects assessing competitive landscape of the Big 4s and other competitors.  - Proficiency in MS-Office - Intermediate/Advanced MS-Excel. The candidate should be able to read and analyze unstructured data. Should be skilled in M-PowerPoint and MS-Word as well.  - Strong numerical, analytical and strategic thinking skills, and sound business / commercial acumen  - Goal driven - should be focused on meeting the requirements.  - Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines  - A pragmatic approach to analysis and problem solving; ability to drive through to an outcome in circumstances of complexity and ambiguity.  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills  - Team player  - Ability to work independently
