The team has people from diverse backgrounds and helps create, monitor and manage the business road map for the Response (Sales)function in order to maximise Revenue and create profitable growth.   We are looking for dynamic and high calibre candidates to be part of the Strategy & Pricing team.  Pricing Analyst & PriceWise Management : The team is involved in design & maintenance of an in-house pricing engine, first of its kind in the industry and used nationally by BCCL's sales personnel. The team is also required to conduct periodic data analysis and initiate projectsto identify revenue opportunities towards achieving the budgeted targets for BCCL Response (Sales).   Competencies Required :   - Sound experience in data modelling and Pricing algorithms - using tools like R  - Develops and interprets complex pricing algorithms necessary to manage the PriceWise Tool- which is used to manage all business transactions  - Ability to develop compelling data modelling and visualizations using one or more tools like Excel or R  - Works as a business partner that provides decision support to business unit leader   - Experience in developing management dashboards with strong understanding of KPIs across functions and industries  - Strong verbal and written communication skills   Outlining and storyboarding :   - Ability to build a logical and engaging outline based on research  - Experience in writing executive summaries will be an added advantage   Education Qualification : MBA from Top Tier B-School (IIM/ISB/XLRI/FMS/MDI/SPJ)  Skills : PowerPoint; Excel with VBA is a must; R knowledge would be an added advantage  Work-Ex : 5-8 years - Pricing or Management Consulting experience will be preferred
