Key Responsibilities  - Provide media led solutions to the clients in a holistic manner and develop the stars. Would be required to have discussions with Senior Client/Owner/CMO/CEO and provide solutions with his/her concepts/ideas.  - Planners identify the best mix of media channels to deliver an advertising message to a clients' target audience. Using research data, they consider what is going to be most effective within the budget allocated and give the client's product or service maximum exposure.  - Conduct rigorous business, client, and competitive analysis inclusive of media analysis.  - Corporate Branding - Identity and its manifestation, articulation of vision, values and its impact on employee behaviour, design guidelines and templates.  - Establish and maintain healthy relationships across  - Provide direction on pitches for clients requiring inputs on brand/media  - Work closely with Internal teams, Exit and other internal stakeholders to leverage those strengths for better client alignment and focus  - Also align with Regional media offices - RM, OOH, Digital, etc. of the for building value to the client's brands  Key Skills  - Ability to recognize good opportunities  - Demonstrate ability to achieve sustainable results and establish strong partnerships in a complex, dynamic and results-oriented organization where ability to work cross-functionally is critical  - Excellent analytical, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in positions requiring communication with a broad and diverse audience.  Qualification:  - MBA, 7- 11 Years of Experience
