Primary Responsibility:
Brand Management:
- Executing brand strategy as agreed with corporate and station marketing team.
- Execute marketing calendar for main station for their marketing activities.
- Execute plans to ensure there is regular interaction with the youth of the city
- Ensure PR coverage with all leading publications (non -TOI)
- Monitor competition closely and be updated about the industry to take appropriate action.
Collaboration with Local Movie industry:
- Movie tie-ups, celebrity handling, audio label tie-up.
Tie-ups:
- Activates tie-ups through college events, Music events, TV, print.
- Support revenue functions (internally) with execution of plans and data reports.
Reporting and MIS:
- Ensure MIS reports are prepared and sent to the stake holder (Marketing, Finance, Sales department)
- Track all merchandise and collaterals and identify new cost effective ways to produce the same.
Research orientation:
- Execute the research and analyze the results.
Station Marketing:
- Contest Management
- Ensure the winners are gratified on time and ensure the quality of the gratification.
- Execution of on-air specials.

- Agencies: PR, Advertising & Event

- Film Industry – Celebs, Producers, Directors
- Film Industry Bodies
- Proficiency in Telugu is must.
