Primary Responsibility:
Brand Management:
- Executing brand strategy as agreed with corporate.
- Plan and execute marketing calendar for main station and support the cluster stations for their marketing activities.
- Execute plans to ensure there is regular interaction with the youth of the city
- Ensure PR coverage with all leading publications (non -TOI)
- Ensure digital presence of the local station.
Collaboration with Local Movie industry:
- Movie tie-ups, celebrity handling, audio label tie-up.
Tie-ups:
- Activates tie-ups through college events, Music events, TV, print.
- Support revenue functions (internally) with idea generation, execution of plans and data reports.
Reporting and MIS:
- Ensure MIS reports are prepared and sent to the stake holder (Marketing, Finance, Sales department)
Research orientation:
- Brief search agencies and formulate the research plan
- Define target audience
- Execute the research and analyze the results.
Other Responsibilities:
- Decision making in crisis situation (related to marketing)
