BrandScope Head role in Brand Capital (http://brandcapital.co.in/BrandScope.aspx) Mumbai team
Designation: General Manager
Reporting to : Director - Brand Capital
The role will have two parts to it - Brand Communication (30%) and Brandscope (70%)
The incumbent will report into the Director and have a 2-3 member team reporting to him/her
BrandScope - Brand Capital
- Work with business partners and launch Brandscope initiatives like Straydog, Doodlers
- Recruit new entrepreneurs for existing brands
- Achieve agreed business AOP in terms of revenue numbers and properties
- Prepare business road-map, new org structure for next 5 years
Branding/Brand Communication - Brand Capital
- Improve Brand Capital salience in VC, Business community
- Launching BC communication to solicit more business deals from start-ups, SMEs, new businesses
- Enhancing existing properties like Scale up, Propel.
- Develop a compelling campaign that clearly communicates the Brand Capital concept
Qualification/Experience:
- MBA with specialization in Marketing / Advertising / Brand Communication
- Preferable from FMCG / Telecom (postpaid)
- 12-15 years with an exposure of working on multiple categories. Preferably from an advertising / brand consulting background with a good mix of client management, strategic and leadership skills.
- Should be creative and good at ideation; Past entrepreneurial experience preferable
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
Ideal Candidate:
Preferable from FMCG/ Telecom (postpaid exp)
Should have managed P&L responsibility for products /services
Should have good Business understanding and Branding bent of mind
Should have handled team
