Role: Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Manager - Mirror Brand (West)

Location : Mumbai

Reporting to : Chief Manager

Travel : Infrequent travel may be required depending on new event/project launch

Education : MBA in Marketing from Premier B Schools (MICA preferable)

Experience : 3-5 years

- Candidate should have at least 1 year experience in Branding. Candidates with pure sales experience please excuse.

- Candidates with less than 3 years of total experience and no Marketing experience, please don't apply

- Urgent Requirement so candidates should be willing to join within a maximum of 45 days

Objective : Brand Management for the Mirror brand for 3 large west markets (Mumbai, Pune, Ahmadabad)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and execute brand campaigns across media

- Creating ATL, BTL, Digital and social media communication

- Support circulation teams in increasing brand reach & recall

- Drive innovation projects for generating new revenue streams

- Event Management: Conceptualize & execute on-ground events through events agency, ensure optimum cost management, strike barter deals

- Operations Management : Releasing ROs, Submission of artworks, MIS, Vendor payments

Ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a people person.
