Cluster Head

- This is a business leadership role for of the largest business units in the company. The candidate will lead the product/marketing/sales/finance/HR teams with the support of national functional experts. He/She will be responsible for delivery of consumer scores, people development & revenue/profitability of the business unit.

- The incumbent will be performing the duties of leading the Delhi station, with added responsibility of leading the Rajasthan cluster. The Station Heads of Jaipur & Jodhpur will be reporting into Cluster Head - Delhi & Rajasthan.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Managing existing operations, launch and scaling up of new stations

Revenue Growth :

- Achieving revenue targets set for station & cluster. Responsible for revenue for both Radio Sales and Mirchi Activations (events)

- Responsible for delegation of targets, & Business Planning

- Plan pricing, costs and revenues for new markets

- To ensure that the technical equipment and infrastructure of each station is managed and maintained

- To ensure smooth functions between different departments

- To ensure audit compliance of the stations (internal as well as external audits)

- To formulate strategies, explore new business avenues and new markets for radio Growth in listener-ship

- Product Leadership

- Building radio as a category both at listener and advertiser level

- Keeping a tab of listenership reports like the IRS / RAM / IPSOS

- To build the image of the Radio Station through planned PR interventions and relationship with other media and media houses in the city

People Responsibilities :

- Be part of the recruiting process for hiring new talent for the station

- Monitoring and assessing performance and productivity of all team members reporting into the role

- Training, developing and guiding team members reporting into the role

- Responsibility for overall attrition & Retention of Key Talent of the station
