Roles & Responsibilities:  - Ideate and execute the complete annual brand plan & communication strategy with supporting budgets, innovative ideas, brand messaging for multiple media.  - Providing integrated marketing ideas and campaign themes for the PR and Social media team that drives audience interest and maximizes brand awareness and engagement.  - Be responsible for results against brand plan and drive brand understanding and support throughout the organization.  - Developing a close relationship including appointment, coordination, negotiations and management of vendors/ partners for multiple marketing tasks  - Design & Implement ATL/BTL Campaigns as per business need  - Management of Creative/Media agencies.  - Experience in media buying in TV, OOH, Radio  Requirements:  - 2-5 years relevant knowledge and experience of marketing and branding.  - Creative bent of mind is important for this role  - Very good communication skills, including command over written and verbal English, developed aesthetic sensibilities and good creative judgment.   Qualification: MBA (Marketing)
