(India) limited and the largest petroleum conglomerate in Japan.   Qualification / Experience:   - MBA in Sales & Marketing from a premier institute  - Candidate with sufficient relevant experience may be considered for the post of Assistant Manager  Key Deliverables of the Role:   - Planning, strategizing and achieving sales targets for the area  - Coordinate with the key personnel of distribution channel for ensuring efficient supply chain  - Planning and achieving other sales-led initiatives - outlet expansion, growth, testing of new initiative etc.   - Creative planning for sales related promotional activities for the area to drive volumes, visibility and reach  - Guidance to the distributors’ sales-people for sales achievement.  - Providing assistance while appointing new distributors/dealers and strengthening of distribution network  Competencies:   - Good knowledge/learning curiosity of sales systems   - Initiative taking ability   - Ability to plan and deliver targets   - Proactive, go getting attitude, result oriented  - Ability to motivate and manage a team   Reporting Relationships:   - Upwards: Sales head/MD   - Downwards: Secondary sales people   Other Interfaces:   Agencies for carrying out promotional activities/ OEMs /sales commercial / supply chain / HR / marketing   The resume/CV can be sent by 8th September 2014.
