We are looking for a Corporate Sales Manger to work with the team to build and support thesqua.re to expand Globally.   Industry : Hospitality Sector preferred ( Oberoi, Leela, LemonTree, ITC, Hyatt, etc)  We have our 4 star service apartments in London, Paris, New York, Dublin, Singapore and other 10 Cities all over the world. Looking an enthusiastic candidate who is willing to learn, explore the opportunity and willing to travel abroad when needed.   Responsibilities :  - This role of a Corporate Sales Manager is to retain and develop existing and new corporate agency and corporate client relationships, to drive revenue and profitability and increase the spend and usage of apartments across thesqua.re portfolio.   - You will be responsible for sourcing corporate business to the Service Apartments from PAN India for London, NY, Dublin, Paris, Singapore etc.  - Develop relationships with key corporate accounts, whilst simultaneously maintaining productive relationships with pre-existing corporate accounts.  - Generate profitable business, meeting and/or exceeding established sales targets.  - Undertake pro-active sales and marketing activities within the Delhi / NCR corporate market. Also willing to travel London (when necessary).  - Respond in a positive manner to all inbound enquiries from the corporate market, be they phone, email or web generated, in a timely, accurate and efficient manner with a view to maximizing conversion and revenue generation.  - Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in corporate agencies and clients in order to negotiate and develop profitable and sustainable business accounts, looking for opportunities from clients for additional business.  - Take a pro-active role in seeking out opportunities to develop inbound enquiries to further corporate relationships and sales  - Manage the reservations process from initial opportunity through to the securing of the sale.  - Work in close conjunction with the rest of the sales team to develop existing and new accounts.  - Work in close co-operation with the Delhi based reservations team for the maximization of occupancy, revenue and customer satisfaction.  - Adhere to and contribute to the Reservations SOP and ensure that systems and processes are maintained for the maximization of revenue, yield and customer satisfaction.  - Take a proactive role in the development of other reservation team members and reservation procedures.  - Work with the accounts team for the efficient and accurate billing of all charges relating to reservations.  - Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the Company, competitors and the serviced apartment sector in general  - Maintain all relevant company records, databases and literature in line with Company standards  - At all time project the company in a professional and business-orientated manner  - Attend exhibitions, conferences, networking events where appropriate to promote thesqua.re to potential new accounts and within the industry.  - Assist the management of thesqua.re in various other sales and marketing tasks as required.  - Maintain a high level of customer service as a core value of thesqua.re  Desired Candidate Profile :   - Impeccable Communication Skills  - Zeal to learn, self motivated  - MBA (Marketing) preferred  Anjali Baghel
