The Law Point - Litigation Associate - LLB/LLM - SEBI

Mumbai based law firm is looking to hire an associate having litigation experience, especially in SEBI related matters.

You shall be a registered Advocate eligible to appear before the Tribunals and other Courts. You shall have litigation experience especially in the areas of Capital markets litigation, with special emphasis on various SEBI Laws, rules, regulations and experience of appearing before the SAT. You shall be well versed with the regulatory laws, and should be able to independently asses the matter and where required be able to guide the Client as well. You shall also have the experience of appearing before various other courts in Mumbai.

You shall be responsible for drafting of appeals, replies, and affidavits in reply, suits, affidavits, notices, and any other legal documentation that may be required as per the matter.

Candidates should be a LLB/LLM from Top Law Colleges with good written and communication skills

Salary will be commensurate with Merit.
