AVP - Debt Syndication (3-10 yrs)  Looking at a candidate strong in Originating, structuring and executing debt financing transactions.  - Thorough knowledge of entire range of commercial/corporate banking products like working capital facilities, project finance, term loans, structured finance, etc.   - Follow up and Coordination - Interact with clients to coordinate for requirement assimilation and data collection for completion of various reports to be submitted to financial institutions/banks.  - Handle financial and other queries from banks/financial institutions to facilitate sanction of credit facilities.  - Follow up with bank officials to ensure compliance and completion of various processes till sanction and disbursement of proposed facilities.  - Excellent presentation and communication skills.
