Testing Practice Head

Candidates from Premier Institutes will be preferred

- Should have experience of Heading and incubating the Testing Practices

- Should have managed P&L of 50 MN.

- Should have managed span of 1000 people

- Should have managed large Testing programs in the past.

- Should have good interpersonal skills

- Should come with prior or current experience in Delivery.

- Should be able to identify and mitigate project/program risks

- Experience into effective client management systems and technology deliveries and influencing at the senior-most levels in the organization.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, confidence and ability to interact professionally with people at all levels.

- Should have knowledge/experience on Agile Methodologies

- Should be capable to be a Mentor in building teams and enhance technical skills for the team.
