One of our MNC client having its offices in India & overseas is looking out for professional having 17- 22years' experience in "Testing Delivery - in Mumbai & Pune Location.

Job Description :

Testing Delivery

Location : Mumbai / Pune

- Total IT experience must be between 17 to 22 years. Of that atleast 5 years in hardcore testing. And performed roles of DM and upwards. Current portfolio should be matching as per the role or little lesser.

- Should have handled large Customer Testing engagements / Test CoEs as a single owner.

- CVs should have some of skills like Testing CoE expert, Engagement Manager, Automation testing, Pre-sales head, Testing Specialist (in Automation, Selenium Automation, Mobility, Performance)

- Should have knowledge of latest testing trends

- Manage end to end testing deliveries of multiple Customers across 2 to 3 locations

- Manage and oversee testing engagements (of small to medium to large accounts)

- Active participation in pre-sales, coordinate with sales and account teams at onsite

- Engage with Customers as a part of governance calls

- Extremely Customer facing and with - consultative or solutioning- mind set, Travel ready for short trips (2 to 4 weeks)

- Collaborate with internal teams. Should be assertive and forceful

- Responsible for quality parameters, revenue & growth KRAs and also be responsible for profitability & improvement of operational parameters
