- Over 10+ years of experience in testing with at least 2 years of test management experience, Over 5 + years of testing experience in Banking domain - Core, Retail, Corporate, Mortgages, Asset Finance  - To anchor, lead, coordinate and manage testing activities across multiple projects  - Engage with all the Key stakeholders from client organization and multiple vendors to understand the scope and estimate the test effort and resources needed  - Prepare Test Strategy and Master Test Plans according to the estimates  - Estimate the overall testing effort  - Experience working in Agile Testing projects  - Highlight/Escalate the risk and issues in timely manner  - Automation testing experience using selenium, HP QTP or other tools  - Experience in usability, compatibility & accessibility testing  - Has done extensive cross browser and cross platform testing  - Digital readiness testing; cross-device testing, UI testing, etc.  - Responsible for running the scrum daily defect triage process  - Responsible for define the environment and specific tool requirements to carry out testing  - Building and managing different test execution phases ST, SIT, UAT, OAT, Performance with various multi-locational teams across the onsite and offshore.  - Minimum team size handled around 8 -10 people  - Very good communication skills & stake holder management
