Designation : Test Automation Architect   Experience : 10 to 17 years.  Location : New Mumbai.  - Experience with multiple engagements as test solution Architect, (should be on hands-on )  - Has good experience on Object oriented programming, design patterns, technology stack of Core Java/J2EE, test automation/performance tools and frame works such as selenium, Test NG, SOAP UI PRO, JMeter etc  - Has conceptualized and designed framework and solutions  - Should be able to provide guidance/consultancy from a solutioning and technology perspective which deals with 360 degrees view of test life cycle.  - Demonstrate strong leadership skills  - Good communication & presentation skills  - Nice to have good knowledge on the RDBMS ( ORACLE / MS SQL /PostgreSQL ) and Build management tools  - Should also have experience in pre-sales/solutions of presenting the capabilities to the customer
