Tesco - Sr Officer - HR Operations - Insurance

Tesco HSC is currently looking for a Senior Officer to join the HR operations (Insurance) Team.

Responsibilities (in brief):

- Generating ESI number of employees

- Submission ESI monthly challan

- Grievances related to ESI

- Help employee for taking benefits from ESI

- Liasion, Returns & Compliance with Various Government Agencies.

Hard Skills:

- Excellent in MS Excel…Macros would be an added advantage.

- Should be aware of basic Indian Tax Laws.

Soft Skills:

- Should have an eye for details and aberrations

- Needs to be meticulous in following set processes and complete all checks and balances without any miss

- Good Communication skills as the incumbent will be required to interact with all stakeholders providing payroll inputs and actively participate in any payroll re-engineering projects

- Self-motivated and high on stretch factor
