Position: Territory Manager Retail/Sales

Roles:
- Managing Sales team
- Part of the core team for Sales in India & responsible for setup of Sales team and processes from scratch
- Activities include management of P&L of the Area, problem solving, mentoring, strategy development, acquisition, client retention, client relationship management
- End to end management of the Price Discovery team forming the backbone of the procurement
- Conducting Sales Training for teams along with preparation of Training material for Pan India Sales training
- Running expansion projects in surrounding cities and recruitment for expanding the Sales team
Candidates must have team management experience as well as operations
