- Opportunity Creation: Candidate must have understanding of Networking & Telecom Technologies & Engineering services,
- Good understanding of about Customers Sector and Industry challenges in the sector / client end that can be translated into Business Opportunities
- Bid Management: Good understanding of a typical ERS Outsourcing sales process and experience in Preparing and responding to RFI, RFPs. Bids, Proposal Defense, P&L Analysis, Due Diligence, Client Visits
Skills/Behaviors:
- Strong Pre-Sales background in Telecom Domain
- Presentation skills and communication skills as he/she will be dealing with clientele/customers
- Exposure to technologies like LAN/WAN/IP Telephony/Security/Wireless LAN, SDN/NFV, wireless and Mobile technologies ( 2G/3G/LTE) - products and services .
- Understanding of Bid Management Process, interfacing with diverse teams and contributed to Winning Deals
- Work with Virtual Cross Team across Sales, Practice, Marketing, Delivery, Finance and Legal
- Ability to Multitask and work under deadlines
