Role Purpose: Ensure practice growth by Business development, client management, revenue management, Project quality and delivery, service line & vertical development, and Team development & Management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Delivery -
- Manage and contribute to consulting assignments through project conceptualization and delivery plan
- Work on jobs/tasks that contribute towards providing client superior solutions and results
- Ensure practice growth by managing client project delivery
Business Development & Service Development -
- Contribute to the repository of consulting processes and knowledge bank
- Read and keep updated on developments in sector/ expertise area/responsibility
- Responsible for business development and revenue generation for the practice
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy based on knowledge of organization’s business and market characteristics
- Identify and generate leads
Project and Client Management-
- Ensure proper work allocation and engagement for the team
- Evaluate the financial aspects of projects, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
- Manage client relations , client calls and build business pipeline
Firm Development and Management-
- Guide and mentor the practice team and help them grow and deliver quality outputs
- Create market opportunities for all the services offered by Technopak
- Participate in industry forums/ Public speaking/ writing articles / conducting workshops for clients and associates/ lecture at institutes we recruit from
Desired Profile:
Education: Bachelors / Masters/ MBA/PGDBM only from premier institutes
Experience: 9 -14 Years of relevant experience with Leading Consulting Firms, Packaged Foods, Food retail companies, FMCG, Food Services.
Knowledge areas & Skills:
- Technical/Functional Knowledge
- Project Management Skills
- Hands on experience in developing business strategy /corporate strategy
- Experience in handling various aspects of a business development process from lead generation, presales and proposals to post-business development support.
- Ability to manage and grow multiple clients independently
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage accounts
- Open to travel on job assignments and spend extended periods away from home base or at client site
