Technology Lead - Recruitment Portal - IIT/NIT

One of our client is looking for a Technology lead. Role will be based out of Bangalore.

The company is started by a team of ex-McKinsey consultants in the recruitment domain and are planning to create disruption. They are about to raise seed funding in next month.

The role will require to:

- Oversee the team of developers

- Hands-on experience in building e-commerce sites so that the person can manage the project. This is must.

- Understand all the layers of technology and manage the teams

- Understand the business needs and coordinate with other functions (Finance, HR, Legal, etc.)

Ideal candidates should be:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience - start-up experience would be a plus

- Proven ability to build a solid team and thrive in dynamic environment

- Must have knowledge of analytics and deployment in the real time infrastructure

- Very strong bias towards actions - result oriented and pro-active

- Exposure to Android / iOS app development, experience in Android/iOS app development is a big plus.

- Excellent project management skills to plan and monitor progress

- Should be willing to learn upcoming technologies in the mobile/ eCommerce space and gain holistic picture.

Qualifications:

- B.E/B.Tech from IITs/NITs or top engineering colleges
