Education:

- BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech in Computer Science or related field from IIT, DCE/DIT, NIT or other reputed institution.

Required Skills:

- Strong leadership skills.

- Very strong technologist.

- Strategic long term planner and executioner.

- Ability to see the - big picture

- Ability to Work with all levels of staff including senior management.

- Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.

- Very detail oriented.

- Ability to multi-task.

- Ability to build a technology team.

- Work without supervision.

- Ability to take calls on what technology to choose to solve specific business problems.

- Preferably has an experience with startup companies.

Technical Background:

- 5-6 years experience managing high traffic web applications with high availability and scalability.

- Very high expertise in Microsoft Web Technology stack. Specifically .NET environment and SQL Server

- 2 years of Experience in new technology and frameworks like Hadoop, NoSql MongoDB, SOLR, Graph Databases, Node.JS etc

- Familiarity with CSS, XHTML, one or more Javascript frameworks like Bootstrap, Angular.js Backbone.js etc.

- Hands-on experience coding in more than one currently popular web application framework.

- Strong knowledge about developments in the mobile development landscape
