Job Description :

Seeking a technology leader, who can bring Technology, strategies and solutions around eCommerce, Mobile, Social and Internet of Things

- Candidate needs to have extensive web tech experience - (6-10 years in total)

- Must have PHP & Magento experience. Would prefer if the candidate has worked/lead at least 3-4 mid sized projects in Magento

- Must have a flair for leadership even if the candidate hasn't been leading large teams, as long as he /she has a flair to lead people.

- Ability to build process & teams.

- Demonstrate skills to consult clients on technology & benchmark

- Need to drive Platform selection and technical designs.

- Own the development methodology by interfacing well with QA team

- Grow technical leaders by delegating and training's.
