- A degree in Computer Science is required with 10-15 years of experience managing distributed computing/server core software engineering teams.

- The desired candidate should be holding a Leadership role from Product Based companies.

- Should be able to manage Managers, very senior engineers, QA etc in the team.

- Must be managing a team size of 20-50 members or more

- Will be responsible for the Delivery of highly available and highly reliable software

- Responsible for the direction of the new Registration platform

- Internet /eCommerce based product development exposure will be an added advantage

- Influence, collaborate and communicate effectively with various leaders with the organisation

- Hiring, growing and retaining a strong team in an ongoing process

- The ideal candidate is a business and tech-savvy, analytical manager with a verifiable track record of managing and delivering enterprise projects on time and within budget.
