Technofunctional Consultant HRM

Purpose of the Role: Analyze and interpret the software specification with the objective of translating the specification into High Level Design within the framework of the project plan.

Responsibilities:

- Apply systems analysis and design techniques to complex applications/systems.

- Recommend optimum approach and develop system design.

- Evaluate and analyze processes and support for systems and applications.

- Recognize probable conflicts and integrate diverse data sources.

- Contribute to process re-design and automation by designing and implementing custom software solutions built on a foundation of best-of-breed technologies.

- Install, configure, and customize system software and devices.

- Serve as a project assistant in the management and deployment of software solutions.

Technical/Functional Skills :

- Back End coding skills / Front End coding skills

- SDLC, RDBMS Concepts, OOAD / Schema design

- Database design skills/Design methodology.

- Schema Design, data & design modeling

- Configuration management

- Query Optimization and performance tuning skills.
