Role : Techno Functional Consultant - NBFC  Requirements :  - 6-8 years of experience in technology company offering consulting services to BFSI Space. Current or Previous experience is okay   - Well versed with 6 sigma, Operational Excellence and Technology initiatives (e.g. process design, business process re-engineering, technology solutions)  - Experience in both design and implementation aspects of business process's  - Exposure as a Business Analyst in the Financial Services industry  - Sound knowledge of the SME Lending & or Construction Lending, LAP   - Sound Knowledge of Operations and Technology pertaining to above segments  - Competencies required in Role Communication & Impact :   - MBA from a reputed B School  - Speaks clearly and succinctly   - Conveys a positive image of self, team and organization when interacting with others   - Hold the values of the company in high regard, and ensure that all accept the same, and no activity is conducted against any of the values   - Presents information with respect to the deliverables outlined as the key tasks for the role clearly and succinctly   - Writes accurately, clearly and concisely   - Structures his or her communications   - Shows enthusiasm   Teamwork : Keeps relevant people informed of activities and developments
