Fiddich Consulting is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly enthusiastic Recruiting Intern to join the RPO Department to help attract the best talent for some of the fortune 500 companies worldwide. The ideal candidate enjoys taking initiative, has strong project management skills, detail orientated, and has a can-do attitude. Fiddich is looking for someone who loves connecting new people and has excellent follow up, decision-making and prioritization abilities. What you'll do:

- Source candidates for fortune 500 companies for full time positions

- Understand client requirements and post the requirements on job boards

- Source resumes from portals and various networking sites

- Qualify potential candidates and validate them with recruitment manager

- Conducts phone screens with applicants to ensure candidates referred to recruiter meet minimum qualifications and are an organizational fit for customers

- Graduation/ Post graduation

- Motivated self-starter

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.

- Excellent analytical skills

- Creative and resourceful
