Technical Program Manager/Head - Solutions - Social Data Analytics Firm

We are hiring for Technical Program Manager/Head of Solutions role with a social data analytics company based at Bangalore

Responsibilities

- Own delivery of solutions

- Work with customer to understand requirements and finalize specs

- Go beyond customer requirements when needed by leveraging expertise and experience in the area of applications based on social data to ensure applications can successfully deliver customer goals

- Execute through a team of Application Developers and Business Analysts ensuring that delivery happens as per spec, with expected quality, on time

- Work hand-in-hand with the Product and Engineering teams if customer requirements imply any updates to the core data product

Requirements

What Really Matters

- Solid track record of delivering 2-3 projects (if in a Services company) or 2-3 releases (if in a Product company) at a level of excellence in Program/Project/Engineering Manager roles

- Previous hands-on experience as a web developer or designer

- Hyper-focus on quality and schedules that is second only to a zeal for ensuring customer success at any cost

- The kind of values you have as a person

What Matters A Little

- Experience in customer-facing roles

- Numbers of years of experience. 3-8 years is an acceptable range. More than that is probably a negative thing, it means that you just haven- t been moving fast enough

- The school that you come from

- The organizations where you have worked earlier

- Prior experience delivering projects to marketing organizations

- Your scores and grades in school

- Your style of working
