Technical Product Manager - Analytics  Responsibilities:  In this role you will envision and lead end-to-end Product Development in Analytics.   - The product(s) would range from add-on extensions for existing BI products to Analytics platforms that are built using cutting edge technologies such as NodeJS and NOSQL databases.  Drive the vision:  - Lead the product through its entire life cycle, from conception to retirement  - Capture, prioritize and validate the ideas/features for the product  - Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements   - Author detailed product requirement specifications for engineering development  - Define the product acceptance and testing criteria  - Drive plans for product strategy, product road map, development & release cycles, marketing plan and roadmap for further development; Communicate the plan to rest of organization and senior leadership  - Evangelize product and be the subject matter expert in the domain & technology of focus  Lead Product Development:  - Drive agile / scrum based product development with a team of world-class engineers, incorporating feedback from users, developers, and business partners  - Track monthly deliverables and progress against target   - Manage product development timelines, production cycles and implementation deadlines  - Understand the “user” and user’s environment, spearhead usability enhancements and interface design, and provide optimal user experience  - Engage frequently with both external (customers, community) and internal (development and quality assurance) teams to synthesize product features and constantly SHIP features/releases on a regular cadence.  Support Product Marketing:  - Provide collateral support for user guides, launch kits, sales collaterals and marketing communications   - Plan external messaging about the value of the product to the market, and articulate product differentiation  - Work with product marketing to ensure product features and value proposition is being communicated across all media – website, brochures, case studies etc.   Growth:  - Maintain a strong hiring pipeline; Assist hiring team with recruitment and selection  - Participate in recruitment drives and successfully own and execute headcount growth plans  Expectations:  - Demonstrated experience of delivering a product from concept to implementation  - Experience in leveraging project management techniques – especially agile / scrum based development  - Strong ability to translate identified needs into clear, compelling, repeatable, easy-to-use software capabilities  - Track record of developing elegant and simple feature functionalities delivered through world-class user experiences   - Self-directed, with a passion for building highly successful products in analytics  - Should be able to work with analytics tools to drive business- and product- specific insights.   - Strong organizational and communication skills  Please visit www.visualbis.com to know more about us.
