Technical Architect - PEGA BPM

MindGen Solutions is a recruitment firm and specializes in hiring managerial and leadership talents across technologies and domains.

We have an opportunity for a Technical Architect for one of our client, which is a US based multinational provider of integrated technology and business services.

- Minimum 10 years of IT experience. 5+ years of experience in Pega BPM.

- Must have experience on end to end PRPC-based application design and implementation from scratch, use of Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO), Application Profilers

- Excellent knowledge on BPM solution Life Cycle using Pega - PRPC

- Well versed with class hierarchy, ruleset hierarchy, data layer, flows, flow actions, work baskets, deployment

- Must have knowledge of at least 1 Pega industry specific framework

Should have experience on following:

- Integration, SOAP Service implementation in PRPC, MQ Integration

- Reporting with expertise in BIX (Business Intelligence Exchange)

- Logging and Monitoring compliance to Pega Guardrails and monitoring tools

- Preflight, Profiler, DB-Tracer

- Migration expertise from a PRPC upgrade perspective and Legacy Application to Pega PRPC migration Scalability and Performance tuning the application, App server and database

- Implemented minimum of 3 end to end BPM implementations across different industry using Pega-PRPC

- Must have experience in the creation of dashboard and reports using Out of the Box functionality of Pega

- Must have proven experience on pre-sales activities, RFI/RFP response, effort estimation

- To actively participate/involve in Client meeting/presentations

- Support /Guide teams in Creation of re-usable assets, frameworks ,solution packs

- Support in the areas of technical screening of candidates

- Support training /Cross training resources on Pega BPM

- Should get involved in exploring latest releases of Pega

- Collection and enhancements of artifacts such as Case studies, white papers.

- Should be open to travel in different geographys.

- Must be certified CSSA (Certified senior certified architect) preferred Pega PRPC CLSA (Certified Lead System Architect) certified.

- Should have excellent communication and Presentation skills.
