- Ability to understand existing C++ architecture, Code Re-factoring etc

- Should have experience of release of a commercial software product.

- The person should come from strong education background; B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech. in Computer Science

- The candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
