Ideal candidate :
- Candidate has a technical background (prefer software, SaaS, and not media experience)
- Must come from the digital advertising industry (mobile experience is a big plus)
- The TAM will manage 25 accounts (India & SEA)
- Travel required : throughout India and some SEA
- TAM's spend most of their time doing the following with customers: training, customers how to use the Apsalar software, troubleshooting, up-sellling to new products, contract renewals, building relationships, etc.
- Candidate will have a track record managing mid-large customers (enterprise customers are the target market)
- If a candidate is not talking or interacting with customers daily, they will not be a fit for the TAM position. I need to see a track record & experience in customer relations.
- They will spend 25%-40% of their time out of the office meeting with customers (onsite training's, QBR's, relationship building, etc.)
- They are experts at relationship building (customers really enjoy work with them and they see value in the relationship). I need to see experience and track record here.
- They have experience training customers on how to use software
- They are experience troubleshooting and managing problems
