Job Description : C&B  JOB PURPOSE :   Manage the compensation & benefits related activity includes compensation benchmarking process, formation of HR budget, Policy & Benefit Administration, Database & Statutory compliance management & HR Analytics  TASK :   Compensation Survey & Planning :  - Assist in executing Job banding and survey exercise   - Analyze market & internal data and make appropriate recommendations for Compensation review  - Ensure accurate & timely execution  Budgets :   - Analyzing past trends on Wage movement and share with stakeholders  - Forecasting of Wage Bill & Recruitment cost and timely submission to finance  Policy Administration :   - Assist to draft new policy, manage amendments (stakeholder and alignment to org policies), regular reviews (rewards management), timely update & communication   Database Management :  - Ensuring data updates wrt Employee personal & professional records on People-soft  Audits :   - Manage audits wrt Statutory & Processes  Administer Incentive payouts (Monthly/ Half-Yearly/Annual) :   - Work independently or as part of a cross-functional team to design, document & implement various incentive plans   - Effectively Communicate Incentive Policy across levels   - Ensure timely payout of Incentives & query resolution  Stakeholder Management :  - Ensure clear communication & meet commitments  Process Improvement : - Periodic review and audit of internal processes and suggesting correction/improvements in the same  SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :   - Analytical skills, Good Communication skills, Domain Knowledge, Result Orientation, Influencing ability, Advanced Excel skills  EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : Graduate/Post Graduate with experience of 6-8 yrs
