Position Summary :  Tech M is looking to hire an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) competency lead who will collaborate with ECM Delivery and Pre-sales teams to position ECM competency as a thought leader in the market. The person should have hands on experience in ECM implementation and in solving business problems through innovative solutions, architecture and design. The person should demonstrate passion to conceptualize innovative business use cases and solutions, bring in elements of cloud and mobility into ECM solutions, create industry-specific solutions and take these solutions to market.  Key Responsibilities :   - Conceptualize industry-specific use cases and develop PoCs/solutions  - Define vertical specific solutions relevant to current trends and business challenges  - Keep track of industry trends and ensure the competency has relevant skill sets/solutions to cater to these trends like cloud and mobility, hybrid ECM, etc.  - Identify new products/platforms to partner with and drive alliance-led GTM  - Consult customers in optimizing existing implementations either through reduction in TCO or by adding significant value drivers to the current eco-system  - Produce white papers and case studies  - Support from solutions perspective in responding to RFPs  - Conceptualize and create centers of excellence (COEs)  - Advisory and mentorship for technical teams across ECM practice  Skills & Qualifications :   - Strong experience in solution architecture around leading JAVA based Document management and Imaging products such as EMC Documentum, IBM Filenet, Alfresco, Kofax, Captiva, OmniDocs, etc.  - Experience in working on medium and large RFPs from Solutioning perspective  - Strong knowledge of ECM concepts such as Imaging, Records Management, Workflows, Security, Search, Taxonomy, Case Management, DAM, etc.   - Experience in integrating ECM products with external systems such as SAP  - Experience in designing ECM solutions for customers across (any/all) Telecom, BFSI and Manufacturing sectors  - Strong combination of technical and business acumen with a proactive approach towards solutioning  - Exposure to Hybrid-ECM & cloud/mobility variations of ECM Products  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills  - Ability to work in cross-functional teams  Experience :   - Overall 10+ yrs of experience, with 3+ yrs of relevant experience in ECM solution architecture.  - 5+ yrs of experience on at least one ECM product among Documentum, Filenet and Alfresco.   Education : Bachelor's or Master's Degree
