TECHM has dedicated Centers of Excellence created in partnership with leading Technology Platforms that leverage KPI-driven frameworks, agile delivery models, technology accelerators and a pool of 1000+ skilled resources to help businesses achieve their objectives of acquiring, engaging and retaining customers.   Position Summary :  Campaign Management Consultant is a person who is an expert in planning, designing and executing multi-channel campaigns and has exposure to the entire lifecycle of campaign operations. The person should ideally have experience working in the corporate marketing function of an organization and should have handled the responsibility of coordinating with multiple different internal stakeholders (brand managers, Marketing IT) and external service providers (agencies, creative designers, etc.) to deliver the desired Marketing ROI through successful execution of campaigns. It would be preferable for this person to have exposure to running campaign operations on website, e-commerce, email, social, in-store and IVR. Additional exposure to campaign analytics and broader marketing ecosystem leveraged during campaign execution is desirable. Familiarity with latest trends in campaign management is a must.  Key Responsibilities :  - Consulting customers on the opportunities/gaps in their current campaign operations processes  - Identifying and defining business and operational KPIs that would help customers achieve their digital marketing goals  - Development of use cases and scenarios for multi channel campaigns that would directly impact business KPIs  - Development of use case & scenarios for cross-selling, up-sell, targeting & personalization by leveraging data from multiple disparate systems  - Preparing Go-to-Market plan for Campaign Operations Services offering   - Preparing collaterals & business plan Campaign Operations services  - Engaging with sales and pre-sales teams to identify campaign operations opportunities and develop value propositions to address the same  Skills & Qualifications :   Must Have :  - 10+ years of experience in Corporate Marketing function, focused primarily on campaign planning, design, and execution  - In-depth knowledge of campaign execution process, including segmentation, profiling, workflow, tracking, reporting and optimization  - Expertise in lead scoring and nurturing  - Expertise in multi-channel campaign execution   - In-depth knowledge of key digital marketing concepts and their application to the following areas: personalization, targeting, segmentation, lead generation & nurturing, campaigns  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills  - Ability to work in cross-functional teams  Nice to have :   - Familiarity with latest trends in campaign management   - Knowledge of Omni-channel marketing use cases and scenarios  - Familiarity with one or more of popular Campaign management platforms like Adobe Campaign, Unica, Marketo, Pardot, Responsys,   Education:  - Bachelor's or Master's Degree   - Specialization in digital marketing preferred
