Job Description:

Min Exp - 6+ Yrs

Job location : Hyderabad

Should be ok for US Shifts.

Should be PMP Certified

Please find below the JD for the project management requirement - CTB (Change the Bank) role

- Achievement of project objectives according to the project mandate

- Delivery of the project deliverables according to the project mandate

- Adequate allocation, use and operation of project team members

- Adequate communication and reporting of project status to project stakeholders, Steering Committee and sponsors

- Adequate involvement of all global stakeholders in project process

- Correct alerting and escalation of project risks to stakeholders, Steering Committee and project sponsors

Authorithies - Review and pre-approval of project related documents and deliverables

Coordination of final approval process

Required professional skills

- Strong experience in project management (Scoping, planning, steering, tracking- )

- Stong FX/PM product experience, Operations and or Middle office experience.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills

- Experience in multi-level and international projects

- Good technical and workflow know-how

- Capable to run workshops with different project members

Required social and personal skills

- Target-oriented, solution-driven

- Contemporary leadership skills (Motivator)

- Good communication and presentation skills across different management levels

- Diplomatic skills, can create consensus between different interests

Other requirements

- Established, experienced managers with leadership skills

- Master degree (or Bachelor with experience)

- Fluent in English as a must

- Other languages are a benefit

- Relevant experience in Investment Banking

- Technical experience in designing applications

- Preparing functional & technical specs

- Liaising with onshore & offshore stakeholders

- Excellent presentation skills

- PMP certified professional required
