Job description and Role Our payroll services benefit numerous organizations in India, US, Philippines and UAE across diverse industries like Manufacturing, Telecom, IT, ITES, Retail, BFSI, FMCG, Logistics, Engineering, Pharmaceuticals and Entertainment. SmartPay- includes:

- Payroll processing

- Co-ordinate and Manage Client on day to day basis

- Statutory compliances

- Year-end processing

- Reporting - MIS, Control and Dashboard

- Self Service - Branding, Role based Access controls, Workflows

- Validating and testing application as per agreed rules and regulations and highlighting exceptions - for appropriate corrective action.

- Payroll Accounting - Accruals, Actual, GL, JV Postings

- Voice, Email, Chat Support - SLA based query responses

- Managing Separations - Online Access, Computations, Reports

The Senior Manager will champion, support or lead and is responsible for ensuring that all Managers, process owners and supervisors develop and maintain their part of the Payroll management system.

- He/she monitors and advises on how the system is performing, which may often include the publication of dashboards regarding Operational performance against set measures.

- A key role is that of ensuring customer requirements and expectations have been accurately identified and that the organisation is meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

- This role may also extend to determining how customers- expectations will change over time and what the organisation needs to do to meet these changing expectations. Additionally he/she will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of a customer-focused culture within the organisation.

- Extensive knowledge of US Payroll is required with general numeric, coupled with good interpersonal skills.

Key skills - Candidates with more than 4+ years of experience.

- Should have worked in an International BPO managing US payroll (end-end) operations for a large client successfully.

- Experience in US taxation,Federal laws,SSA,AMT,Retirement Plans,Benefits and administrations

- Good communication, presentation, interaction and analytical skills are essential

- A graduate with exceptional Analytical Knowledge, Presentation skills and should have handled a larger span of control

- Must have strong analytical capability and sound knowledge of MS Office
