Designation : AML, Compliance - Team Manager.

Experience : 6-10 years.

Location : Bangalore.

Job Description :

- Lead and manage a team of 7 FTEs.

- Ensure all KPI requirements are adhered to.

- Be pro-active in looking for process improvements and implementation of the same.

- The role demands from the candidate individual domain acumen, excellent communication skills and operational expertise.

- As a Associate will be responsible for performing key critical activities for the AML Advisory function and be responsible for operational delivery of niche operation functions of AML AM QA, Check Processing and AM.

In the individual capacity the Associate will be responsible to make recommendations to US AML Advisory based on analysis of trends and patterns observed in course of business.

- Operational demands will/may include overseeing the administrative responsibilities in course of managing teams, handling escalation, internal and external stakeholder relationship management, process performance management and people management

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of AML, Compliance

- ACAMS or similar industrial accreditation is mandatory

- Overall 5+ years of banking operations experience (prior KYC/AML experience would be desirable)

- Should be in people management role for at least 2-3 years.
