Team Leader - SCM - ITeS - IIT/NIT/BITS

We are hiring for a leading ITES based at Bangalore .

Position : Team leader - SCM

Exp : 6 - 8 yrs

Loc : Bangalore

Education Requirements :

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (IIT,IT-BHU, REC, DCE,BITS & Tier 1 Engineering Colleges preferred)

- MBA Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics / Engineering (preferred)

Role & Responsibilities :

- The Team Manager will lead a team of analysts that perform works on gathering and interpreting relevant data (costs, productivity, demand patterns, etc.), Investigating issues, find root causes, and develops solutions for strategy development and supply chain optimization.

- The team will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and recommending long term capacity plan.

- The person should also be well acquainted with end to end supply chain including areas like Inventory optimization and Planning activities.

- Collaborate with the customers with respect to capacity planning in both short and long term across categories and geographies

- As is capacity and constraints

- Manufacturing facility locations

- Evaluate capacity from product, process, human, operational, external factors

- Decision tree analysis
