Key duties

- Manage Cisco India contractors payroll

- Work closely with Srijit's team in building a strong database of potential candidates to fill upcoming Cisco openings in India

- Onboarding and Offboarding of contractors

- Employment Engagement

- Career development and training co-ordination

- Work closely with Cisco hiring managers on monthly performance review

- Reporting

Requirement

- at least 5 years recruitment experience, agency or in-house

- some in-house HR experience or project management experience in an agency environment
