Responsibilities  1. Process Responsibilities  Work in conjunction with the Hiring Manager and highlight relevant screening parameters and calibrate on skills requirements.  Work towards effectively managing sourcing strategy and work to towards efficiently screening & assessment of all candidates.  Process the candidate through all recruitment activities including, screening, interviewing, closing feedback with Hiring Manager & offer process as per pre defined SOP.  Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, ethical practices, and the guidelines of government and accrediting organizations  Manage requisition process on portal, including adherence to the approval process & Monitors the status of all recruitment prospects.  2. Stakeholder Responsibilities.  Manage Hiring delivery for concerned LOB for the site across all levels within agreed SLA and cost & ensure on time communication/update to LOB  Resolve Hiring related queries and update information.  Establish a recognizable - employer of choice- reputation for the company, both internally and externally  Maintain a pro-active approach in seeking feedback from candidates and stakeholders to improve the effectiveness & efficiency of the process  Required Skills:  Education - graduate in any discipline  5-7 yrs experience in Recruitment / Staffing roles preferably in BPO / KPO / financial services industry/IT services industry.  Excellent spoken & written English language skills  Understands clients- needs to deliver right staffing solutions  Demonstrates strong inter-personal skills.
