Requirement   The position is for Team Leader / Assistant Manager/Manager in the HR department.   The preferred candidate should be Female. Ability to communicate fluently in English and be able to communicate in Hindi & Telugu as well  Experience: 8 Yrs to 10 Yrs of experience  Location: At Patancheru Factory with one day in a fortnight at Gachibowli.   Nature of Job / Responsibility :   a) Absolute HR functions such as Employee motivation initiatives, grievance redress, Training Programs & feedback, Knowledge transfer programs, Conflict Resolutions, Habit changes, Change Management etc  b) HR initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency & excellence, Annual and half yearly reviews of employees.  c) HR Administration functions such as organizing Interviews /Conducting interviews / Joining Formalities / Induction / Exit formalities  d) Statutory filing functions of Gratuity/Bonus / ESI / PF / Mediclaim  e) Cross functions such as Opening of bank accounts / salaries deposit / leave record maintenance / attendance records for employees  f) Contractual obligation fulfillment with Labour Contractors for supply of workmen / casual labour / labour records of all workmen  g) Administrative Functions such as finalizing & renewing contracts for Facilities Management / Canteen Management / Transport Management / travel / hotel / cabs for employees and guests, bills checking & authorizing  h) IT & office Asset maintenance.  Subsidized transportation & subsidized lunch are provided by the company.
